Architecturally significant Houston Avenue building gets historical designation

“In 2022, the building had layers of graffiti, paint, soiling, overgrown vegetation and cracks throughout its four exterior walls. Its once-prominent original showroom windows were sealed with plywood and its once-shiny curved metal awnings were in very poor condition… Our team is proud that the building is being occupied by another talented local small business, Mont Art House.”
